This is a very nice 3-story house in the historical village of Lapedona. It was fully restored 5 years ago.It has 3 bedrooms (1 queen and two double), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The house is located in a small square in the historical center of the village. The surrounding is beautiful with hills and the Adriatic Sea. The location is very quiet and secure. The house is well equipped and comfortable, it has washing machine, dish washer, TV, DVD, Internet, air conditioning. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee. It sleeps 5 adults, one child and a baby. One of the double bedrooms has a single bed and a bed suitable for a child up to 10 years old. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and two single beds. One bathroom has a shower and the other one has a small bath tub. Bar, Restaurant, pharmacy, bakery and grocery shops are available at walking distance. The beach is a few km, about 15 minutes’ drive. The area is beautiful and has a lot to offer, from the beaches of the coast to the unique countryside. The area is safe and people are very friendly.
